This interview allowed for a deep personal dive into a day in the life of a divertsity, equity, and inclusion leader. The interviewee was able to provide in-depth and firsthand knowledge on what their experiences have been within this position at their company. The reflection portion of the paper allowed further explanation on how these real world experiences do align with the courses leadership and diversity teachings. It also provided further information on how companies view DEI and the initiatives they have and continue to implement.

Finance Within the Health Care System
This essay discusses the hospital's financial stability shifting throughout the years and how COVID-19 caused huge financial pressures and an increase in healthcare fraud. Hospitals have to research different routes to take such as constructing revenue forecasts and budgets. As years go by, new implementations need to be made and there has to be change within the health care's financial systems in order to succeed and not cause further ripple effects.
